  • I was hired in 2015 as a licensed agent, and I was as green to the insurance industry as you can be. I took great pride in knowing that in my small way, I was making a difference in someone’s life.

    In 2016, I was offered the position of seasonal trainer. The experience I gained in this role was one of the best I’ve had in my career(s). Later that year, I accepted a sales supervisor position, where I enjoy watching the progression of new agents as they become more confident and successful.

    I’ve had multiple opportunities to advance in my short time with the company and I’m thankful to the people that have offered me guidance and encouragement along the way.

  • I was hired in 2013 as a licensed sales agent. After almost 2 years, I was promoted to brokerage sales supervisor. Goals were set for me, and I worked hard every day to exceed these goals. The culture here encourages everyone to help one another. The position offers the opportunity to better people’s lives, and I take a lot of pride in this function.
