HPOne is highly invested in the success of our agents. As such, we have developed a comprehensive curriculum to teach our agents all the things they need to know to be successful. Training begins the first day of hire, and continues throughout employment. The average new hire at HPOne receives up to 144 hours of training before moving to the sales floor. The training includes:

- Communication Strategies
- HPOne systems
- Product and process training
- PLUS, 3 days of sales training, with a proprietary sales training curriculum that has had rave reviews from everyone who attends.
The highly interactive classroom training includes scavenger hunts, jeopardy and role plays. After graduating, the students receive ongoing training through our vast library of eLearning courses and videos, which includes best practices shared by our most successful agents.
